2.1 Users Inside the UAE
Individuals and companies based in the UAE are allowed to list and promote their boats on the Website.
2.2 Users Outside the UAE
•Companies outside the UAE are welcomed to advertise and promote their boats using Premium or Featured Listings.
•Individuals outside the UAE are NOT permitted to list their boats for sale on the Website.
We reserve the right to request verification documents to confirm whether the user is an individual or a registered company.

3. Listing Rules
By creating a listing on UAEBoats4Sale.com, you agree to the following:
1.All information must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
2.You must have the legal right to sell the boat you are listing.
3.Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings may be removed without notice.
4.We may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Featured & Premium Listings
Premium or Featured Listing fees must be paid in advance.
Fees are non-refundable, except if a technical error prevents your listing from being displayed.
For companies outside the UAE, Featured Listing access is allowed and encouraged to increase visibility.

•Never to share false details or impersonate others.
•Not to upload illegal content, offensive material, or spam.
•Not to misuse the Website or attempt to harm the platform.
